SPECIAL MEETING
Public Information Meeting
The Town of Hopkinton will conduct a Public Information Meeting to discuss the proposed Lake Ozonia Road over Hopkinton Brook Culvert Replacement. The meeting will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025 at Hopkinton Town Hall, 7 Church St., Hopkinton, NY 12965.
The project is being progressed by the Town of Hopkinton and the New York State Department of Transportation as Project Identification Number (PIN 7754.38). At present, the project is in the preliminary design phase. Representatives from the Town of Hopkinton, NYSDOT and Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. will be available at the meeting to answer questions and obtain comments on the proposed project from individuals, groups, officials and local agencies.

NOTICE OF HEARING UPON PRELIMINARY BUDGET
and Special Meeting to follow
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Hopkinton for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of Hopkinton, NY where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular business hours.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Hopkinton will meet and review said Preliminary Budget and hold a Public Hearing thereon, at the Hopkinton Town Hall at 6:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025 and that at such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against the Preliminary Budget as compiled for or against any item or items therein contained.
PURSUANT TO SECTION 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town officers are hereby specified as follows: Supervisor $12,197.00, Town Clerk $23,300.00, Justice $9,954.00, Councilpersons (4) $11,300.00, Supt. of Highways $68,343.00.
FOLLOWING the conclusion of the Public Hearing, a Special Meeting will be held to finalize any revisions to the 2025 Town Budget and to discuss any other business that comes before the Board.
